SMOOTHIE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - Full-Time

We’re looking to fill (1) Full-Time Positions – This role is pivotal for the success of our company so you must be eager, energetic, a positive thinker & have kitchen experience in food/beverage production. Our business is expanding quickly and we need strong individuals who will contribute to our growth plans.

    Duties & Responsibilities: 

    • Compete opening and closing checklist.
    • Understand and comply daily with our preparation methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
    • Uphold the high cleanliness standards of the facility; maintain a 24/7 sanitary work station.
    • Prep fruits and vegetables, batch blend superfoods, prepare and package smoothie blends and label packaging daily.
    • Identify efficiency opportunities and think strategically.
    • Breakdown and cleanup of kitchen before and after each shift.
    • Interact with the shift supervisor and other kitchen staff regularly.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable on a ladder.
    • Must be comfortable working on your feet (up to 7 hours per shift).

     Qualifications: 

    • Experience in kitchen preparation.
    • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen staff.
    • Must have a reliable vehicle or means of transportation.
    • Hold a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, certification training and/or experience.
    • Ability to work in accordance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards,  policies and guidelines.
    • Ability to understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications and safety standards.

    PHOTOGRAPHER / GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN - Part-Time 

    We’re looking for a top-notch candidate for our Photographer/Graphic Design Intern role. Candidates should have a thirst for creativity, interest in health & wellness, and a love for thinking outside the box. In this role, you can expect to be very hands-on with developing and executing marketing content, driving content production & assisting with creative development for social media assets.

      Duties & Responsibilities: 

      • Work alongside the Creative Marketing Intern to drive social media content, promotions, marketing materials, etc.
      • Collaborate with Founder on content creation. 
      • Design graphics for digital content through execution. 
      • Execute photography for digital content. 

       Qualifications: 

      • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program for graphic design, illustration, or related field. 
      • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
      • 1-2 years photography experience. Must have your own camera. 
      • Strong eye for color, print/pattern, and typography.
      • Interest in the health & wellness industry. 
      • Extreme attention to detail. 
      • Self-motivated, eager and a team player.  
      • An excellent attitude, built from an eagerness to learn, create and move the brand forward. 
      • The desire to be part of a start-up team with huge goals for 2018 - nationwide expansion.

      CREATIVE MARKETING INTERN - Part-Time 

      We’re looking for a stellar candidate for our Creative Marketing Intern role. Candidates should have a thirst for creativity, knack for writing, interest in health & wellness, and a love of thinking outside the box. In this role, you can expect to be very hands-on with relationship marketing, driving content production, flexing your writing and social media muscles & assisting with creative development for social media assets.

        Duties & Responsibilities: 

        • Help to establish partnerships w/ social influencers & like-minded brands for giveaways.
        • Assist with creative campaign concepts for social influencers & upcoming projects. 
        • Research trends in the health, nutrition, fitness & wellness industry for our blog.
        • Collaborate with Founder to write a weekly blog posts based off content calendar. 
        • Contribute to any & all production needs, to include, recipe development, photo composition, co-branded photos, etc.
        • Assist with day-to-day social media messaging across all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Wordpress, Mailchimp). 

         Qualifications: 

        • 2 years of college coursework in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or integrated marketing communications. 
        • 2 years of social media marketing experience. 
        • Superior written communication skills, as well as an eye for design and thirst for creativity. 
        • Extreme attention to detail. 
        • Self-motivated, eager and a team player. 
        • Savvy and comfortable managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Wordpress, Mailchimp). 
        • Understanding of fundamentals in the fields of SEO, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite a HUGE plus. 
        • An excellent attitude, built from an eagerness to learn, create and move the brand forward.

        IN-STORE DEMO POSITIONS - Part-Time 

         We're looking for a couple of outgoing & energetic people to help us with in-store demonstrations. Ideal candidates should be passionate about clean eating & have a strong understanding of the health + wellness industry. 

        We run in-store demos at most grocery stores and markets within the Nashville area as well as local events and festivals throughout the year. We're looking to add a couple of dynamic people to our team to help out on an as-needed basis. 

        Duties and Responsibilities: 

        • Set up and take down of our demonstration table and marketing materials.
        • Timeframe: 2-3 hour demonstration + 1 hr set up/take down = 3-4 hr commitment; typically on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday afternoon. 
        • A complete understanding of our product line; you'll get lots of questions. 
        • You'll need to follow food safety guidelines for store demonstrations; 1 hr training is required. 
        • Reliable transportation.
